Where are you located?

We are located at 9 Dilop Drive Epping 3076 for pickup. (Preorder only no walk ins!)

Our Pickups are welcome:

Tuesday - Thursdays 2-3pm (subject to working hours)
Fridays 11am-12pm
Saturdays 10:30am-12pm

CLOSED ON SUNDAYS FOR PICKUP

Delivery available Tuesday-Sunday get in contact for a delivery quote

Subject to change at anytime, pickup emails will show the appropriate times for your collection week

Can I pay on pickup?

Payment on pickup is not available. As all our products are custom made for you and your event, we require payment before commencing any part of your order.

Do you offer allergen free products?

We do not, as we make products that contain most allergens everyday. We try our best to avoid cross-contamination but cannot provide a 100% allergen free product.

Can I order for tomorrow?

We require minimum 2 weeks notice for all custom products - as we need to order in toppers, specific colours, props and more for your order.

At this stage we do not have any products with a 1 day turn around.
